WHAT TO EXPECT
What to expect during our 28 days: you’ll receive daily activities, tips, and resources designed to focus on: Nourishing nutrition and hydration, Energizing physical fitness and movement, Mindful stress management and self-care and Balancing work and life priorities. Every day you will challenge yourself and your colleagues in taking more steps than you did in the previous day. Remember this is a friendly competition, so let go out there and Get the Steppin'


HOW TO JOIN
Simply complete the short registration form, which includes accepting the Liability Waiver. Once you have completed registration, you will receive instructions to download the "Pacer Pedometer & Step Tracker" app. This app will allow you to track, report and monitor your steps throughout the challenge.

PRIZES ?
We all love prizes, right!? There will be weekly prizes given to the top steppers. And at the end of the challenge the 3 individuals with the most steps will be given 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes.
